Stephen M Collins

Stephen is one of the co-creators of CBBC’s BAFTA-winning sketch series CLASS DISMISSED, and has written on all seasons. Other credits include HORRIBLE HISTORIES for Lion TV/CBBC, THE WONDERFULLY WEIRD WORLD OF GUMBALL (Hanna Barbera/Cartoon Network). ODDBODS for One Animation, live action sitcom TED’S TOP TEN for Zodiak Kids and CiTV, and multiple episodes on THE HEROIC QUEST OF THE VALIANT PRINCE IVANDOE for Sun Creature Studios/Cartoon Network. He has recently written on mega hit BLUEY for Ludo Studios and BBC Studios.

He has recently worked on development projects across film and TV for Threewise, and recently wrote an episode of the UK’s most watched soap CORONATION STREET for ITV Studios, following successful completion of their Original Voices initiative. He has an original animated series MONSTERS NEXT DOOR in development with Lion TV, co-created with his CLASS DISMISSED collaborators, and currently has a sitcom under option to Rollem Productions. His original animated family feature THE MONSTER HUNTER’S HANDBOOK is in active development with Kapers Animation.

He has previously been shortlisted for the Alfred Bradley Bursary Award with BBC Radio Drama North, and undertook a three month development process with a mentor.
